坊間有不少興趣班為小朋友提供演戲、唱歌或舞蹈等訓練，但同一個課程，同時涵蓋專業演、唱、舞及溝通藝術的，就較為少見。最近有藝術教育機構就希望通過這一系列的表演及創作課程，發掘孩子潛質之餘，也培育他們的4Q，包括IQ(智商)、DQ(數碼智商)、EQ(情緒商數)、AQ(逆境商數)的發展，以迎接21世紀新時代。
